Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Make this tasty bread crisp topping in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

1 x400g can chickpeas, drained

3 red peppers, roasted, skins and seeds removed

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp tahini

1/2 tsp hot smoked paprika

Large pinch sea salt

Method

  • 5 mins prep

Toss all of the ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust seasoning as necessary and enjoy.
