Four Ingredient Avocado Pasta Sauce

Whizz up this super fresh pasta sauce in a matter of minutes and stir through our fibre fest fusilli for a quick and delicious mid-week dinner.

Ingredients

2 Avocados

1 Garlic Clove

A handful of basil leaves

A dollop of crème fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent

Method

  • 5 mins prep, 7-8 mins cooking

  1. Blender, whizz flesh of 2 avocados, 1 clove garlic, 1 handful of basil leaves. 

  2. Add a dollop of crème fraiche, sour cream or dairy free equivalent and season to taste. 

  3. Stir through cooked pasta.
