Curried Chickpea Seeded Rolls

Recipes don't get much easier than this. Whip up these delicious, healthy rolls in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

4 Triple Seeded Soft Rolls

2 carrots - grated

120g hummus

1 tin chickpeas, drained

3 tbsp mango chutney

1 tsp tikka powder

4 tbsp sultanas

4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves - shredded
