Genius was born with the ambition of baking the best gluten-free bread and rolls.

When Lucinda began her journey to bake great, gluten-free bread, her aim was to create a loaf that looked, smelled and tasted every bit as brilliant as regular bread.

Driven by the desire to provide delicious, gluten-free lunches for her son, the variety of Genius loaves and bread rolls free from gluten continues to grow to this day.

Whether that’s a soft, white roll for your lunchbox, or a slice of seeded farmhouse loaf smothered in butter and jam (perfectly partnered with a steamy cup of tea), we’ve been perfecting our recipe for gluten-free bread ever since.

The joy of a gluten-free sandwich is what fires up our ovens, but the fantastic flavours don’t stop there. You can boss the barbecue with our brioche burger buns, pack a punch of fajita flavour with our plain white wraps, or pop open our pittas!
